]]> 3月21日，澳門大學法學院劉建宏特聘教授應邀為劍橋大學法學院犯罪學研究所就“关系主义刑事司法理论——范式转变” 主題做講座。

在這次研討會上，劉建宏教授討論了在建立一個普遍的刑事司法理論時所面臨的重大困難。然後，他概述了一個統一的理論，旨在解釋系統、機構和個體層面上的多種跨文化刑事司法結果，這是從當前的“單調範式”轉向更一般的“比較範式”的一種範式轉變。新的範式在邏輯上包含了現有的範式，同時拓寬了刑事司法研究的問題和範圍。它構建了一套新的概念和命題，致力於建立一個普遍的因果刑事司法理論。

他的演講探討了中國哲學和法律文化傳統，特別是儒家思想的獨特性如何影響恢復性司法在中國的發展，並批判性地反思了當代政治和法律背景如何與恢復性司法的發展和實踐相互作用。

演講由牛津大學摄政学院院长爵士馬爾科姆·埃文斯教授主持。這次研討會由牛津大學攝政學院於3月25日至3月26日舉辦，旨在與來自歐洲，英國和中国的最著名恢复性司法學者一起讨论恢復性司法的最新發展。
