• I have accomplished a 7-year law education- four year- undergraduate study and three-year postgraduate study in economic law.

Research Area/Interests

• As to my work experience, I have been serving as judge for over 15 years at both primary and intermediate court of Beijing. My judicial career focuses on the adjudication of business-related disputes. It covers tangible property sush as business contracts, insurance, guarantees, securities, equity as well as intangible property consisting primarily of trademark, copy rights as well as counterfeiting unfair competition.

Publications

• My award-winning paper, Let the big-data speak, published in 2015, proposed the application of big-date in judicial area to promote the consistency of adjudication through the analysis of similar cases.
