Research Area/Interests

Macau has been facing a serious challenge of urban regeneration, and the relevant laws and policies are still in infancy and construction stage. Therefore, my research will focus on the analysis of the jurisprudence and the current legal situation regarding the social obligations and legal protection of private property rights in the urban regeneration of Macau, as well as how to define the social obligations of property rights, how to limit the creation of such obligations, and how to properly solve the above problems.
