Research Assistant Professor

BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Xueji SU is a Research Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Macau and licensed lawyer in mainland China. Before joining University of Macau, she obtained her PhD from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and worked at City University of Hong Kong. She specializes in international economic law, European Union law and interdisciplinary studies of law and global governance. Dr. Xueji SU recently researches and writes on corporate social responsibility, EU-China economic relations, and international dispute settlement. Dr. Xueji SU has served as visiting fellow/researcher at International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), the Hague Academy of International Law, the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law, European University Institute (EUI), and the Macao Economic & Trade Office to the European Union (EU). She was a recipient of the CUHK Postgraduate Output Award 2023, CUHK Outreach Award 2022, Max Planck Luxembourg Scholarship 2022, and was honoured by the IEEM Academic Prize for Outstanding Graduates in European Union Law in 2017.
