Research Area/Interests

I am interested in international commercial arbitration, cross-border litigation, and empirical legal studies.

In recent years, we are constantly told that arbitration has dominated the dispute resolution market.

My research aims to examine arbitration across several dimensions to investigate whether arbitration’s image aligns with empirical reality and to verify the extent of its effectiveness in practice.
