Research Area/Interests

• Health & Medical Law, especially in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) & Clinical medicine
  I am dedicated to exploring the legal equilibrium between the protection of the potential IP rights of TCM practitioners, and the informed consent of patients. Additionally, I investigate how disruptive technologies, such as medical AI and novel biotech, seek to redefine the boundaries and application of informed consent in clinical and medical research settings.
