Research Area/Interests

Mr. Zhao’s research field is mainly the combination of judicial practice and theoretical research in the field of criminal crime. He has a long experience of handling and guidance of difficult and complex, new types of criminal cases and major cases in Shenzhen. The cases compiled by him have been selected into “the bulletin of the Supreme People’s court of PRC” and he participated in the drafting and demonstration of laws (such as criminal law (Amendment XI)) and judicial interpretation for several times.

At present, his research direction mainly focuses on the difficult problems of judicial application of information network crime. It will be based on a large number of judicial cases involving information network crime tried by Chinese courts, learn from foreign judicial cases related to information network crime, fully absorb the current domestic and international theoretical research results of information network crime, and actively give full play to the regional advantages of many Internet High-tech enterprises in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, solve the difficult problems existing in the judicial application of information network crime and put forward corresponding solutions, so as to contribute knowledge to improve the judicial governance level of information network crime of Chinese courts.
