Research on Legal Theory and Practice of Private Equity Fund

This proposal intends to start from the basic overview of China’s private equity industry, sorting out the types and legal characteristic of private equity; then introducing and analyzing the legal system of private equity in foreign countries. This proposal points out the contradictions and defects in the current legal system of private equity in China; analyzing some difficult problems both in theory and practice when solving private equity disputes. The author puts forward opinions and makes practical suggestions to the relevant subjects of private equity.
