BIOGRAPHY
I am a Research Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Macau and licensed lawyer in mainland China. Before joining University of Macau, I obtained my PhD from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and worked at City University of Hong Kong. I am interested in international economic law, law and technology, European Union law, human rights law and interdisciplinary studies of law and global governance. I am also researcher at International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), and served as visiting fellow/researcher at the Hague Academy of International Law, the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law, European University Institute (EUI), and the Macao Economic & Trade Office to the European Union (EU). I also serve as visiting lecture at Malborne Law School and City University of Hong Kong.
