Research Area/Interests

International Transaction & Dispute Resolution
The research will focus on the dispute resolution of mediation, litigation, and arbitration in
China in relation to international transaction in terms of incoterms, shipping, jurisdiction,
application of international treaty, international commercial habits, etc.
In comparison of Chinese law applied in Chinese courts, mediation centers, arbitration
commissions, international transaction has more of its special rules which distinguishes it from
the other disputes resolution in China.
By doing research, the aim is to provide a more completed structure of dispute resolution
system in Chia in relation to international transaction which could offer clear guideline for the
society regarding the compliance of international transaction and also help the legal system to
become more and more matured and completed.
